Recent research shows that organizations with more women in their senior leadership teams, get better financial results. Women have leadership strengths that are particularly well suited to the global service economy in a rapidly changing world. While women are successfully taking up management roles, few make it to the highest ranks. Companies that want to retain and promote women must make a special development effort.

That’s why I’m offering special coaching and training programs to develop women managers in both the upper and middle ranks. The programs are based on McKinsey’s Centered Leadership Model, a well researched framework designed specifically to help women leaders enhance their skills and mindsets so that they are more engaged and committed, more resilient and more influential.
