Port in the Storm Practice Group

This weekly online practice group holds the space for you, a busy working person, to take 60 minutes in the middle of the week to pause and relax with the support of like-minded friends in the practice of Relational Mindfulness.
Finding a port in the storm is not optional, nor is it easy. The busier and more stormy our worlds are, the more we need to find ways to reconnect with our inner port of calm, stability and clarity.
Pre-requisites:
You are invited to drop-in to this group any week or every week if you have already experienced:
- The Port in the Storm 3-session course
- The Mindfulness in Dialogue course
- The Inclusive Dialogue program
- The Empathy & Solidarity Practice Group
- An Insight Dialogue course
Benefits
- Develop skills of calm and clarity through pausing in the middle of your working day (in Asian time zones).
- Commit to a regular practice supported by others.
- Engage with like-minded busy working people who know the value of mindfulness
- Slow down. Reduce anxiety. Get clear.
- Integrate the skills and disciplines of mindfulness and kindness in your working day and daily life.
- Watch yourself settle more easily as you continue to practice.
“If I could join 2 to 3 sessions a month, I would be a kinder and happier person.”
