Leadership development in Hong Kong is going to get easier and better. The Leadership Circle has just announced it will run a certification program in Hong Kong to train local OD Consultants, Executive Coaches and Human Resource Managers to use this state-of-the-art leadership feedback tool.
Having worked with many different 360 survey tools in the past in my work as an Executive Coach, I can say that this tool leaves all the others in the dust. The Leadership Circle Profile has the advantage of reviewing not only leadership competencies, but also internal assumptions and stages of leadership development.
